Does anyone notices that Filipinos are of mixed faces?

What maybe the reason why Filipino faces represent different races? There are Filipinos look like Japanese, Chinese, Indian,etc.?
there is no pure Filipinos, all are mixed with Chinese,Malay, Spanish,american and others
