Chinese Faces

I have a long nose, I’ve always loved little button noses like a lot of those adorable chinese girls have. Noses like this;

It reminds me of a baby nose because as a toddler that’s exactly the way my nose was.

Though you can’t really see in these pictures of me, from certain angles I have a bump on my nose.
Say theoretically in the future I got a nose job, would it be impossible to achieve a nose like the pictures above? I’m guessing you couldn’t, but I imagine if they could they would have to make the cartilage in the nose much smaller so it’s not far off my face, change the nostril so it’s not as big and make the tip smaller.

I’m not even old enough to get a nose job and I’m not considering one at the moment, so don’t say ‘Don’t do it’ or ‘It would ruin your nose’ or whatever, because I’m not asking that, all I’m asking is, ‘Is it possible?’

I think your nose is better than those other pictures but either way, yea I guess anything’s possible with plastic surgery, just that it might get messed up worse than before
