What qualifies someone as a witch wizzard or warlock?
I know someone who has researched Palmistry, Tarot, Runes , chinese face reading as well as a deep interest in the paranormal and psychic world. He also thinks the has experienced(and has demonstrated to me telekinesis) etc etc and finds that they are accurate oracle’s when reading for people. He is fascinated by them and keeps searching for answers and insights into past and future does this qualify him??
Some love giving themselves all sorts of titles, and calling themselves all kinds of stuff for their beliefs, others just go about their business. Some claim seventeen kinds of credence for the length oftime they have been believing something, to me none of that holds water. I would say if you are all about something, be a success at it, and just be glad for that success, nothing more.
I would have admiration for this guy, he never stos learning, and never halts his own potential, which I think is great – how good he is in each of those things is another matter. The whole Jack of all trades/master of none type of thing
Nothing qualifies you as one of these things. It’s not like there’s a certification you can get.

Entertaining question. A subject that has been probed into in the past by a great number of people. Some privy folks may incidentally claim that you ought to be careful about what you ask in regarding issues such as this one.

Id say it’s a scam and tarot, runes and such are never assertive.

These are all dead ends and will only lead to unhappiness. Don’t believe in these things. The Bible tells you not to and says that God despises these people and things. Walk away … they are interesting but so is the worm on a hook to a fish.
Outrider.

The belief in three things:
1) Magic (cause & effect)
2) Morality (do unto others etc.)
3) Mortality (reincarnation)
And a big part of it comes down to accepting a matriarchal system of worship (it’s a goddess – not a god)

For me, a witch or wizard is someone whose magic WORKS. Not psychic abilities, but magic.

I’d say a witch or a wizard would be someone who creates spells, while your friend sounds like someone who would more commonly go by the name ’seer’, or something similar to that. The ability to read palms, tarots, runes, and the like aren’t fully magic, though they do require a great amount of the same kind of energy, and they are very highly valued abilites.
