How does the Chinese face look different from the Japanese face?

Some Japanese have non-slanted eyes, thin pointed noses, and narrower heads.
Here are some Ainu. The Japanese are mixtures of Mainland Asians and Ainu. The Japanese with the most Ainu blood are the Northern Japanese.
