You Can Eat Dessert
It’s really true that if you know how to cook desserts, you can cook ones that are really healthy and won’t pack on body fat. That really helps because I don’t know one women that doesn’t really suffer from a major sweet tooth.
Some of my favorite desserts that actually support my weight training for women are angle food cake, special cookies made from whole wheat flour, and then there are some incredibly protein shakes that I make with yogurt that taste like ice cream… it’s really incredible.
I suggest you learn more about how to cook and get some healthy recipes because when you get to eat dessert, it makes those hard fitness times easy.
