How to Wear Blue Eye Makeup On Chinese Face?

My friend is Chinese-American and wants to wear blue and green eye make-up. She says that everytime she tries, she ends up looking like a hooker. Her eyelids are flatter, without the deep creases of American girls. So what can she do to spice up her color a little bit without looking cheap?

I would say stick to dark blue and greens and go for a smokey eye.

  2. Watch this video and she can take the advice on the method, but she can use a different color palette (use the color instead of the black). I just tried this method last night myself, and it looked beautiful, glamorous, but not over the top. Good luck!

  3. Blues and greens are always tricky, try to keep it a little duller and ‘icy’ tones always look best.
    Maybe making it darker in the corner of her eyes will bring out the colour but not make her look hookery.

    just use golds/coppers/pinks/deeppurples….
    blue eyeshadow looks tacky on ANYBODY!!!
    but if she wants to do blue… she can try some navy mascara by covergirl (its not bright but its a nice alternative to the simple black)
    and a electric blue cat eyeliner line on the top lashes ONLY!

  8. i am asian, but i have the deep creases, but my friends dont. they look good with blue when they use blue eyeliner. just draw the line thick enough so it shows a little on her eyelids. or try using a dark blue eyeshadow, but dont put too much on the lid (like up to the brow is too much). i hope this helps :)
