TCM I passed out and a chinese lady rubbed something on my face to bring me round – what was it?

some sort of cream/rub that was put by my temples and top lip – felt a bit tingly afterwards – It was some sort of traditional chinese herbal remedy and I really want to know what it was.

You don’t say why you passed out. If it was a simple faint, then you probably just woke up naturally, and whatever was being rubbed on you was irrelevant.
