How do i meet japanese people when i don’t go to school anymore?

I made a new chinese conversation partner cause i met her through an online add she posted. That’s great, and i ‘m happy to teach her a few things about english. When i was in school i studied japanese and i’m a bit good, but can never practice with someone live( face to face) because i just don’t hang around where japanese would be. I don’t go to schools for example, the japanese people don’t write ads wanting help, and i don’t hang around bus stop anymore where i used to see lots of japanese before ( years ago when i was healthy and i would take bus often). Well besides going to japan, which i wil never do because of health reasons and financial reasons, is there anyway to meet japanese people when you don’t go to High population placess where japanese are? I mean i’m more comfortable meeting one to one, not in big crowded places.
